'The FotoFest 2010 Biennial' bundelt zes solotentoonstellingen in het Station Museum of Contemporary Art in Houston (Texas) van de kunstenaars Charif Benhelima (België), Santiago Forero (Colombia), Suha Shoman (Palestina), Ed Wilson (VS), Elliot Wolfson (VS) en Martin Zet (Tsjechië).
Charif Benhelima brengt met zijn fotografische project 'Welcome to Belgium' de situatie van Arabische immigranten in Europa aan het licht. Een essay van Luc Tuymans omschrijft Benhelima's project als "a testimony, beginning at the beginning and covering a research period lasting nine years".
