Het M1 Singapore Fringe Festival is een jaarlijks festival voor theater, dans, muziek, beeldende kunst en mixed media. Het thema van het festival is in 2011 Art and Education. De organisatie van het festival is op zoek naar werken in alle disciplines die binnen dat thema vallen. Het festival vindt plaats van 5 tot 16 januari 2011.
