The Brussels Art Guide, a new publication by the Foundation for the Arts, is entirely devoted to contemporary art in Brussels and contains a directory of all the locations presenting contemporary art, an index of artists and a program of events planned in 2013 and 2014.
M HKA and Wiels score high in Artforum's "Best of 2012". M HKA was chosen for its retrospective exhibitions of Chantal Akerman “Too Far, Too Close” and Jimmie Durham “A Matter of Life and Death and Singing” whereas Wiels distinguished itself with the exhibition on Alina Szapocznikow “Sculpture Undone, 1955-1972”.
