One of a Thousand Ways to Defeat Entropy is an Official Collateral Project of the Venice Biennale, presenting newly commissioned site-specific works by Alexander Ponomarev, Adrian Ghenie, Ryoichi Kurokawa and Hans Op de Beeck, engaging with the theme of entropy.

For this project multidisciplinary artist Hans Op de Beeck continues his acclaimed 'Location' series, by creating 'Location (7)', a large scale, immersive sculptural installation reflecting upon the temporality, interchangeability, severity and shiftlessness of domestic architecture.
