Parallel to the policy plans drawn up by visual art organisations for the next four years, BAM asked them which common vision they had for this field. We worked on this project from May to October 2008 by means of various discussions with them, which led to a memo comprising short-term proposals. Besides the discussions, texts were also written for debates on sub-topics.
